A modern round table

The XXV is founded on a simple principle: no better forum exists for the sharing of ideas than a room of open-minded peers. When the protocols, personalities, and motives that drive every day interactions can be dismissed (if but for a short time), the truly unlimited potential of discussion and free inquiry can be unlocked.

No symbol better embodies this principle than does King Arthur’s legendary round table,* designed, as the story goes, to ensure all had equal stature and voice when seated at the table.

The XXV is a group of individuals united by shared appreciation for time intentionally spent in the sole pursuit of improvement, both personally and in business.

As the demands of daily life so rarely create these opportunities organically, we founded The XXV to ensure we do not let too much time pass without stopping to take stock and share ideas.

*The XXV is named after the earliest known replica of King Arthur’s Roundtable, The Winchester Round Table, which had seats for 25 knights. We don’t actually limit to 25.

XXV Programs

Round Tables

Multiple times a year, those members of The XXV who are able convene in person, sharing knowledge, discussing ideas, and strengthening relationships.

Virtual Round Tables

Each month, The XXV convenes virtually, each meeting driven by a particular theme or presenter to spur the discussion.

Retreats

Everybody needs to step away from their daily routine every so often. The XXV retreats provide members a chance to fully disconnect, while engaging in thought-provoking discussion.

“Learning is not compulsory; it's voluntary. Improvement is not compulsory; it's voluntary. But to survive, we must learn.”

– W. Edwards Deming
